Green Oaks Performing Arts Academy FBLA-PBL gives members that opportunity to learn, travel, and grow as a business professional, community leader, and student mentor. Our organization gives members the chance to gain cuting edge leadership skills and prepares them for the "real-world" before and after college. In addition to a degree, employers are looking for those individuals that can hold thier own in today's highly competitive business environment. It requires one to have business savvy, leadership skills, and technical knowledge. By taking advantage of the many activities that Green Oaks Performing Arts Academy Future Business Leaders of America Phi Beta Lambda offers, students acquire the skills that will set them apart from the average graduate.

Education and Curriculum
The national association partners with various organizations to create and promote educational programs and curriculum, and to provide members with unique opportunities to practice the skills and knowledge that they are learning in the classroom.
Fund-raising Partners
The national association sponsors several fund-raising programs that are outlined in this section. Local chapters are encouraged to participate in one or more of these programs as their needs require.

Members and chapters have the opportunity to compete and win awards on the local, state, and national levels.

President’s Volunteer Service Awards (PVSA)
This award–issued by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, on behalf of the President of the United States–recognizes and encourages sustained volunteer service among all Americans.
Scholarships
PBL and FBLA-PBL partners also offers thousands of dollars in scholarships each year.
